MONDAY: Pineapple smoothie recipe

  • 2 cups of frozen pineapple pieces
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon natural honey

TUESDAY: Strawberry smoothie recipe

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 glass milk
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Different strawberry smoothie

  • 1 glass water
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and divided
  • 1 glass fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen or fresh banana
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 5 ice cubes

WEDNESDAY: Blueberry smoothie recipe

  • 2 glasses blueberries – it would be perfect if they are frozen
  • 1 glass coconut milk
  • 1 frozen or fresh banana

THURSDAY: Peanut butter smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1/3 glass of water

FRIDAY: Kale smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 glass frozen kale
  • 1/2 glass coconut water
  • add honey to taste

SATURDAY: Bell pepper healthy smoothie recipe

  • 1 red bell pepper with removed seeds
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Add honey to taste if necessary.

Healthy avocado smoothie SUNDAY

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 glass fresh orange juice
  • ½ glass frozen raspberries
