Avocado – Healthy Smoothie Recipes

Healthy smoothies with avocado. These healthy recipes are for 1 cup 250 ml.

 

Chocolate, banana, avocado smoothie:

Cut the banana, cocoa, plain yogurt (can be fruit), milk, honey or sugar and put into the blender. Mix all well put into glasses and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 medium size banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or ordinary
  • 1/2 cup milk (or more depend on how you like it)
  • honey or sugar if necessary

Banana, orange, avocado smoothie:

Preparation:

Cut bananas into rings and place in the freezer about 1 hour.

Put into blender avocado, yogurt, orange juice, frozen bananas, finely grated zest of oranges and milk (if necessary).

Blend all together, pour into the case and serve. I’ve added a half of lemon juice so avocado doesn’t turn black.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized ripe banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup Greek or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • finely grated the zest of orange
  • honey or sugar
  • optionally milk

Raspberry, banana, avocado smoothie:

Preparation:

Put into blender frozen raspberries, avocado, banana, yogurt, vanilla extract, honey and milk if necessary. Blend all together, pour and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of Greek or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • honey or sugar
  • optionally milk

With the addition of milk if you prefer thicker less milk, or if you prefer more smoothly smoothie adds more milk. You can also use fat-free milk or with a lower percentage of fat milk. Use Greek yogurt if you can also you can use ordinary or fruit yogurt.
