Healthy Food: Energy Bars From Oat Flakes

Instead of industrial fats in processed foods, include in your diet healthy ingredients: energy breakfast and brunch!


1/2 cup oats
Ingredients:

1/2 field is cooked and cooled quinoa

1/4 box chia seeds

1/3 cup toasted pistachios (chopped)

1/3 cup toasted almonds (chopped)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper and / or 1 tablespoon grated hard cheese the old

Preparation:

Milled cereal and mix them with the other ingredients. Therefore deliver the mixture into a baking pan covered with paper-baker. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until golden color. Cool on wire rack cut a dozen plates and wrap each individually. Can be stored for 4 days at room temperature, up to 2 weeks in a refrigerator and for about 2 months in a freezer.
