180g hazelnuts (toasted)

Serve yourself one big pancake with extra fruit healthy smoothie.Raisins pour hot water and leave it for about half an hour to soften. Hazelnuts place in a cake pan and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Then they shake on a kitchen towel, fold it and roll the hazelnuts over the cloth that they removed the shell.
